Key Responsibilities
- Execute client engagements with high quality and within budget and timeline expectations
- Collaborate with senior team members to deliver integrated, multi-disciplinary solutions
- Develop and maintain strong client relationships at day-to-day contact levels
- Prepare work papers, reports, and presentations that meet professional standards
- Stay current on technical standards, regulations, and industry developments
- Mentor and provide guidance to junior team members
- Contribute to business development efforts and proposal preparation
Qualifications & Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Environmental Science, Business, or related field
- Understanding of ESG frameworks (GRI, SASB, TCFD)
- 1-2 years of relevant experience
- Strong communication skills
- Passion for sustainability
